USER-CONFIGURABLE:
TalkSwitch comes with easy-to-use Windows 95/98/ME software
for trouble free do-it-yourself system administration. All
features can be configured through this easy-to-learn user
interface.
AUTOMATED
ATTENDANTS:
Greet callers with up to 9 user configurable self
recorded messages to offer touch tone choices and connect
callers to the appropriate extension. Help guide callers by
setting up separate attendants for each department or area
of your company beyond the initial recorded greeting. It's
like having your own receptionist greet and direct callers.
VOICEMAIL:
Includes a fully featured voicemail system with 22 voice
mailboxes (TalkSwitch 24) and between 26 to 104 voice
mailboxes (TalkSwitch 48-NLS). Total message time is 25
minutes with TalkSwitch 24, and up to 20 hours with the
TalkSwitch 48. Integrated voicemail saves you from having to
purchase an answering machine or phone company
voicemail.
REMOTE
EXTENSIONS: With
TalkSwitch's remote extensions, calls can be forwarded by
the Auto Attendant or transferred by someone in your office
simply by dialing the Remote Extension. Gain easy dialing
access to your offsite consultants, and get your calls
anywhere in the world, without your clients being aware that
you are out of the office.
CALL
FORWARD: Allows
you to have calls forwarded, either manually or
automatically, to any outside cellular, fixed telephone,
branch office, or pager number.
CALL
CASCADE:
TalkSwitch can perform a series of actions based on a
Local, Remote, or Ring Group Extension being Busy, Not
Answered, Screened, or has Do Not Disturb engaged. Before
sending the caller to voicemail, with Call Cascade
TalkSwitch can make several attempts to locate you.
CALL BACK
/ CALL BRIDGE: Gives
you access to your office-based long distance savings plan
from anywhere in the world. While traveling far from the
office, instead of paying local long-distance or
international rates, you can continue to benefit from your
business' low rates.
MODE
SCHEDULING: Handle
incoming calls according to configurations that are based on
time-of-day and day-of-week Mode Scheduling. TalkSwitch can
professionally handle calls both during and after regulare
business hours.
RING
GROUPS:
A group of local extensions that ring in unison.
DISTINCTIVE
RING: Callers
can have more than one telephone number to reach the same
line. TalkSwitch can handle Distinctive Ring calls as if
they were separate lines. TalkSwitch can save you money by
using the Distinctive Ring service instead of adding
additional lines to handle different types of inbound
calls.
CALL HOLD
/ CALL TRANSFER:
Hold calls from any extension with music or
advertising-on-hold. Transfer calls to local or remote
extensions, ring groups, or voicemail.
CALL
QUEUE:
Provides the option to leave a message, remain on hold,
or return to the Auto Attendant, should your extension be
temporarily unavailable.
MUSIC ON
HOLD:
Play music or announements while your clients are on
hold, queued or being transferred.
INTERCOM
/ CALL PICKUP: Place
intercom calls from any local extension to any other local
or remote extension. Pick up calls from extensions other
than your own.
CALL
SCREEN: Records
a caller's name, then plays it back to the recipient who can
either accept or redirect the call.
ANALOG
EXTENSIONS:
TalkSwitch works with your existing phones, fax, modems, and
answering machines. You can save money by not having to
purchase proprietary equipment.
FLASH
UPGRADEABLE:
You can update TalkSwitch's feature set via the Centrepoint
TalkSwitch web site.
FAX
DETECTION:
TalkSwitch automatically recognizes an incoming fax and
directs the call to the fax machine, bypassing all voice
call management features. Your main business number becomes
the only number a client needs to contact you, by phone or
by fax.
SCALABILITY:
TalkSwitch
expands with your business up to 32 extensions. You can
combine up to 4 TalkSwitch 48-NLS units which can be
connected via a LAN.
